Refund Policy
- Cancellation Policy:
- Individual Tours and Activities:
- Each tour, activity, or hotel reservation has its specific cancellation policies. Before booking any service with Zami Tours, customers must review the cancellation policy for that specific tour or activity.
- Combo Tours:
- Combo tours can be canceled, but canceling any individual tour within a combo will void the combo discount. In such cases, Zami Tours will charge the individual tour prices for the non-canceled tours and refund the remaining amount.
- Tourist Visa Fees:
- Visa fees are non-refundable once the payment is made on the Zami Tours website. If your visa is rejected for any reason, we cannot refund the visa fees because the UAE immigration authorities do not refund visa fees for unsuccessful applications. If you paid a security deposit, this will be refunded within 5 working days of the application’s return.
- Combo Tour Availability:
- Ensure that all options within a combo tour are available before booking. Refunds or services will only be applicable for the tours and services that are available and booked.
- Individual Tours and Activities:
- No Show Policy:
- If a customer fails to show up for a tour or activity, no refunds will be issued, either in part or in full.
- This policy also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or chauffeur-driven services.
- Rescheduling is not allowed for confirmed tours, airport transfers, or other travel-related services.
- Cancellation Procedures:
- Customers must read and understand the specific cancellation rules applicable to their tour package before making a cancellation.
- To cancel any part or the entirety of a reservation, customers must notify Zami Tours in writing.
- Upon receiving the cancellation request, Zami Tours will confirm the booking cancellation and inform the customer of any applicable fees via email, fax, or telephone.
- Zami Tours is not responsible for cancellations that have not been received or confirmed by our team.
